I am Michael L Huff, a.k.a. HuffHimself. I am a retired teacher, retired pastor and preacher. I am also a real estate broker—a one man operation. To date, I am a writer of short stories, bits and pieces of fiction too short to be considered a short story, and several unpublished, and in most cases, unfinished, novels.
I started a writers group called Piney Woods Writers Group, which, for the moment, I am no longer associated with. I mention them, because through PWWG, I am part of three anthologies you can find on my Books page.
I continue to write short pieces of fiction, mostly in the fantasy and horror genre, though I hate to be tied down and do write in any genre I feel the urge to try. It is my intention to complete and publish the novels in progress. When I do, you’ll be one of the first to know.
On a personal note, I am happily married and have two sons and four grandchildren. We live on a homestead, with a dog, a cat, a few chickens and many, many bees. We love our life and are immensely blessed.
